Shipping:

We aim to have your order packed and shipped within a few days of receiving it. Custom orders or those that require alchemy to be done on any items will take longer.

Once you receive an email noting your order has been “completed”, it means it has been shipped and is on its way to you.

All of our orders are shipped from Canada, and shipping times to different countries varies. Shipping to Europe for instance can take several weeks, and this timing unfortunately is out of our hands. During holiday times such as Christmas or other high-traffic periods, there may be general postal delays.

If you require an order urgently for whatever reason, please reach out as soon as you have placed your order to discuss options for expedited shipping (please note this will come with a significant additional cost).

Every country also has its own way in which customs is handled, which can add additional time to the process, and which again unfortunately is beyond our control. Please be aware that your own country may charge a customs fee on receipt of your order – we are not responsible for this.

All orders are sent via tracked and registered post.

Digital Downloads:

Digital downloads should be received immediately after purchase. If you cannot see your download, please check spam and other related folders, as depending on the email client, they may go in there. If you are unable to locate your files please after checking thoroughly, contact us for support.

Support channels:

Our customer support channels are manned from Monday-Friday, during business hours in GMT. Please note that due to resource constraints, we cannot answer queries that are of a general support nature (such as asking spiritual advice, etc).
